Under the patronage of the Blessed Mother, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas are united by their faith in Jesus Christ, as well as their devotion to the Church and the Holy See.
Details
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) began in 1903 and is one of the largest organizations of Catholic Women in the Americas. CDA strives to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality, and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all. Our local court was established in 1971 and currently has 89 members.
We meet once a month from September through June, on the first Thursday beginning with Mass at 6:00pm and then the meeting follows at 7:00pm in St. Mark's Hall - we do not meet in July and August. Annual dues are suggested at $25 and we also donate $10 to our local education fund. We are known for our bake sales, but we do so much more! We celebrate Mass together, raise funds and donate our time and talents to various charities, have fun, and develop lasting friendships. We would enjoy having you join our ministry!
