At St. Mary’s Church, we honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus by offering the Exposition of the Eucharist on the First Friday of each month. Exposition takes place after the morning Mass, from 8:30am-3:30pm.* All are welcome to come and worship!

About First Friday Devotion

In 1673, a French nun named Sr. Margaret Mary Alacoque had visions of Jesus where He asked the Church to honor His Most Sacred Heart. One of the ways to honor Jesus is to spend time with Him in the Sacrament of the Eucharist, which is why we set aside special time on the first Friday of each month to expose the Sacrament on the altar and invite all to come and adore Jesus.
